Delivery is priced by zone, because a rider inside the valley and a bus courier to Jumla do not cost the same to send.डेलिभरी शुल्क क्षेत्रअनुसार तोकिएको छ, किनभने उपत्यकाभित्रको राइडर र जुम्लासम्मको बस कुरियरको खर्च उस्तै हुँदैन।

• Rest of Nepal: Rs. 150नेपालका अन्य ठाउँ: Rs. 150
• Karnali and Sudurpashchim: Rs. 250कर्णाली र सुदूरपश्चिम: Rs. 250
• Free delivery on every order over Rs. 3,000, to any of the three zones.Rs. 3,000 भन्दा माथिको हरेक अर्डरमा तीनै क्षेत्रका लागि डेलिभरी निःशुल्क।

The charge is shown at checkout, from the province and city you enter, before you confirm anything. All prices on the site already include 13% VAT — nothing is added at the end.तपाईंले हालेको प्रदेश र सहरका आधारमा शुल्क अर्डर पक्का गर्नुअघि नै देखाइन्छ। साइटका सबै मूल्यमा १३% भ्याट पहिल्यै समावेश छ — अन्तिममा केही थपिँदैन।

Delivery timesडेलिभरीमा लाग्ने समय

Orders placed before 2pm are packed the same day. Inside the valley that usually means next-day delivery; elsewhere in the country it is two to four days depending on the bus schedule, and longer to Karnali and Sudurpashchim in the monsoon when roads close. These are estimates, and Dashain and Tihar weeks are slower than usual.दिउँसो २ बजेअघिका अर्डर सोही दिन प्याक हुन्छन्। उपत्यकाभित्र सामान्यतया भोलिपल्टै डेलिभरी हुन्छ; देशका अन्य ठाउँमा बसको समयतालिकाअनुसार दुईदेखि चार दिन लाग्छ, र वर्षायाममा बाटो बन्द हुँदा कर्णाली र सुदूरपश्चिममा अझ बढी समय लाग्न सक्छ। यी अनुमानित समय हुन्, र दसैं-तिहारको साताहरूमा सामान्यभन्दा ढिलो हुन्छ।

Payingभुक्तानी

Cash on delivery is the default: the rider collects the order total at your door, so you pay nothing before the parcel is in your hands. eSewa and Khalti are offered at checkout as alternatives. Whichever you pick, the rider will phone the number on the order before arriving, which is why that number is required.सामान बुझेपछि नगद भुक्तानी नै मुख्य विकल्प हो: राइडरले तपाईंको ढोकामै कुल रकम लिन्छन्, त्यसैले प्याकेट हातमा नआउँदासम्म तपाईंले केही तिर्नुपर्दैन। अर्डर गर्दा eSewa र Khalti पनि विकल्पका रूपमा छन्। जुनसुकै रोजे पनि राइडरले आउनुअघि अर्डरमा लेखिएको नम्बरमा फोन गर्छन्, त्यही कारण त्यो नम्बर अनिवार्य छ।

Returns and replacementफिर्ता र साटफेर

Anything that arrives damaged, wrong, or past its expiry date is replaced free, and we pay the courier both ways. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery.बिग्रेको, गलत वा म्याद सकिएको सामान आइपुगेमा निःशुल्क साटिन्छ, र दुवैतर्फको कुरियर खर्च हामी नै बेहोर्छौं। सामान बुझेको ४८ घण्टाभित्र हामीलाई खबर गर्नुहोस्।

Otherwise you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we refund the item price once the return reaches us. Return postage is yours in that case. Cosmetics that have been opened cannot be returned — not a policy choice, a hygiene one.अन्य अवस्थामा नखोलिएका सामान आफ्नै मूल प्याकिङमा डेलिभरी भएको ७ दिन भित्र फिर्ता गर्न सकिन्छ, र सामान हामीकहाँ आइपुगेपछि हामी सामानको मूल्य फिर्ता गर्छौं। त्यस्तो अवस्थामा फिर्ता पठाउने ढुवानी खर्च भने तपाईंकै हुन्छ। खोलिसकिएका सौन्दर्य सामग्री फिर्ता लिन मिल्दैन — यो नीतिको रोजाइ होइन, सरसफाइको कारण हो।
