These terms govern the sale of goods through the GlowMart shop. By placing an order you agree to them.यी सर्तहरूले ग्लोमार्ट पसलमार्फत हुने सामानको बिक्रीलाई नियमन गर्छन्। अर्डर गर्नुभयो भने तपाईं यी सर्तहरू मान्नुभएको ठहरिन्छ।

Orderingअर्डर गर्दा
Adding items to your cart and completing checkout places an order. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is shown in error — and will refund anything already paid.सामान कार्टमा राखेर अर्डरको प्रक्रिया पूरा गरेपछि अर्डर दर्ता हुन्छ। हामीले अर्डर पक्का गरेपछि मात्र बिक्रीको सम्झौता कायम हुन्छ। सामान स्टकमा नभएमा वा मूल्य गल्तीले गलत देखिएमा जस्ता अवस्थामा हामीले अर्डर अस्वीकार वा रद्द गर्न सक्छौं, र त्यस्तो अवस्थामा तिरिसकिएको रकम फिर्ता गरिनेछ।
Pricesमूल्य
All prices are shown in Nepali rupees (NPR) and INCLUDE 13% VAT, so nothing is added to the price at the end. Delivery is charged separately by zone, shown at checkout and set out in shipping & returns. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.सबै मूल्य नेपाली रुपैयाँ (NPR) मा देखाइएका छन् र तिनमा १३% भ्याट समावेश छ, त्यसैले अन्तिममा मूल्यमा केही थपिँदैन। डेलिभरी शुल्क भने क्षेत्रअनुसार छुट्टै लाग्छ, जुन अर्डर गर्ने बेला देखाइन्छ र ढुवानी र फिर्ता मा उल्लेख छ। हामीले जुनसुकै बेला मूल्य परिवर्तन गर्न सक्छौं, तर तपाईंको अर्डरमा लागू हुने मूल्य भने अर्डर गर्दा देखिएकै हुन्छ।

Deliveryडेलिभरी
We deliver within Nepal only. Estimated costs and delivery times are set out in shipping & returns. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.हामी नेपालभित्र मात्र डेलिभरी गर्छौं। अनुमानित खर्च र डेलिभरीमा लाग्ने समय ढुवानी र फिर्ता मा उल्लेख छ। डेलिभरीको समय अनुमानित मात्र हो, यसको ग्यारेन्टी हुँदैन।
Returnsफिर्ता
You may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. How to start a return is explained in shipping & returns. Some items may be excluded where the law allows.प्रयोग नगरिएका र जस्ताको तस्तै अवस्थामा रहेका सामान डेलिभरी भएको १४ दिनभित्र फिर्ता गरेर सामानको मूल्य फिर्ता लिन सकिन्छ। फिर्ताको प्रक्रिया कसरी सुरु गर्ने भन्ने ढुवानी र फिर्ता मा बताइएको छ। कानुनले अनुमति दिएका अवस्थामा केही सामान यसबाट बाहिर राखिन सक्छन्।

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.उत्पादनको जानकारी र पसललाई सही तथा चालु राख्न हामी उचित ध्यान दिन्छौं, तर यसमा कुनै त्रुटि हुँदैन वा सेवा कहिल्यै अवरुद्ध हुँदैन भन्ने ग्यारेन्टी दिँदैनौं। कानुनले दिएको हदसम्म, हाम्रो दायित्व तपाईंको अर्डरको मूल्यसम्म मात्र सीमित हुन्छ, र अप्रत्यक्ष वा परिणामस्वरूप हुने नोक्सानीको हामी जिम्मेवार हुँदैनौं। कानुनअनुसार सीमित गर्न नमिल्ने दायित्वलाई भने यहाँ लेखिएको कुनै कुराले सीमित गर्दैन।
Governing lawलागू हुने कानुन
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections that apply where you live.यी सर्तहरू नेपालको कानुनअनुसार सञ्चालित हुन्छन् र काठमाडौंका अदालतको क्षेत्राधिकार रहन्छ; तपाईं बसोबास गर्ने ठाउँमा लागू हुने उपभोक्ता संरक्षणका व्यवस्थाहरू भने यथावत् रहनेछन्।
